The game Robo Defense is an exciting Tower Defense type action game where you have to assemble an arsenal of various types of towers to ward off enemy robot intruders.

The point of the Robo Defense game is to destroy the Robot armies before they get to your base. The robots enter your territory from the left side of the screen and travel across the land mass to get to your base which is on the far right of the map. You must buy robo defense towers and place them in strategic places so to destroy the invading robots before they get to your base. You earn money by killing robots and you are able to upgrade your towers so they can shoot stronger and faster or buy different more expensive and more powerful towers.

Robo Defense engages the player in many ways. It takes smarts, quickness, and experience to master the game; it's like a chess match where you have to outsmart the robot army. Once you decide on the robot defense tower you want to buy, you have to make the ever so important decision of where to place it. The trick is to know which tower to place when and where and that knowledge can only be gained through experience. You will lose a few times before you figure out the right strategy to conquer the robots and defend your base. The skill and quickness needed to beat the game will also be ascertained through practice.

The game will also reward you with "reward points" that can be earned through good performance while you play, and these points can be used towards upgrading your towers. There is also an Achievement section that adds to the replay value of the game by engaging you to strive and reach to meet certain goals. The free version of the game offers 10 levels of difficulty and one basic map, but for a mere $2.99 you will get more difficulty levels and more maps! Worth it in my opinion!
